Reconditioning means to polish the item
to look like new.
When you have an item repaired or resized, it gets automatically reconditioned.
So if it needs adjusting,
the reconditioning is free of charge.

Make it for keeps. Cast in platinum or gold.
There are bands in a variety of patterns and widths available.

All commissions require half payment before work commences
and the balance on completion.

From pendants to rings and even chain links.
Elfin thrives with repeating patterns,
facial features, floral motifs
and most recently typographical designs.
It all begins with discussing the idea with the Client.
Sketches are made, quotes are sent.
Then it's time to get to carving,
this is charged at a day rate of £250.
Once the wax is complete, it is checked by the customer before casting. You have a choice of ordering one or multiples of your design.
If it is a one off, no mould will be made.

Items bought from the shop can be returned within 28 days of purchase.
The item must be unworn and sent via recorded delivery.
A refund will be issued on receipt of the item.
Custom pieces require a 50% deposit to be made.
